Registration errors are most likely due to: 1. The verification email landed in you junk/spam folder. Check this folder for an email from developersupport@ribbit.com, 2. The credit card used was invalid, or 3. You are already using the same email address on another Ribbit account. Only one account (whether it’s a Mobile, Salesforce, or Developer account) can be associated with an email address. To create a second Ribbit account, you will need to use a different email address. If you wish to delete your original Ribbit account (to free up use of the email address), click here to contact our support team – they will be able to delete your account.
