A-Most services provided by Student Accounts, Admissions, and Registrar can be found in the Birks Student Service Centre located in the McConnell Building , 1400 De Maisonneuve Blvd. West, Room LB-185. Please note that the only Financial Aid service available at this location is dispersal of US loans and some Provincial bursaries. Students should consult their MyConcordia portal (www.myconcordia.ca/) to determine if their loan/bursary is in and where it can be picked up (either at Financial Aid & Awards Office OR Birks Student Service Centre) . Any questions/problems/applications concerning Federal and Provincial loans or bursaries, requests for Emergency Loans, requests for Tuition Deferrals, etc., should be directed to the Financial Aid & Awards Office at S-LB-085. All tuition fee payments and general student account inquiries must be made at the Birks Student Service Centre.
