When you call MINT customer service centre to have your card reactivated, it will automatically reactivate after 15 minutes. If you are still experiencing problems, you can call MINT customer services on 0870 010 4542or 0870 154 1192 for minicom users. Calls to MINT customer services may be recorded. Please note – reactivation means that your account is protected by the MINT Secure password, and it affects the primary and additional cardholder.
