Regardless of expenditure, what organisations can councils purchase from without going to tender themselves?

0

The Local Government Act Regulations stipulate that councils can utilise contracts established by the Commonwealth Government, Local Government Procurement and NSW Department of Commercewithout having to tender in their own right. Despite claims made by other organisations only two NSW entities (LGP and NSW Department of Commerce) have this regulatory status.
