Regarding the wildlife training that needs to be done for the employees on the Mission Trails Regional Park Tunneling Job, who does the training?
The Contractor’s Safety Representative can perform the training if qualified. The Chief Ranger from Mission Trails Regional Park has offered to assist in the training. 2008-06-19 Page 3 of the Bid Proposal asks the bidder to list the company or companies providing insurance. Since excess liability, builders risk, and workers’ compensation are provided under OCIP, please confirm we can leave these spaces blank. See Addendum 4. 2008-06-19 Page 1 of the Bidder’s Plan requires the bidder to list the 92″ welded steel pipe or 96″ reinforced concrete cylinder pipe manufacturer or supplier. Does this question specifically apply to the tunnel pipe and not the trench pipe? Is it possible that there will be both welded steel pipe (trench) and reinforced concrete cylinder pipe (tunnel) on both Schedules A and B? 1. The bidder is required to list the manufacturer/supplier of all proposed 92″ and 96″ pipe. 2. Yes, it is possible that there will be both WSP and RCCP on Schedules A and/or B. 2008-06-1
