Question G.5 requests the facility population within the distance from the point of attack with explosives. The numbers should represent the typical maximum number of employees/full-time contractors at the facility at any time, but should not include occasional instances of temporarily larger facility workforce, such as turnaround crews (SVA instructions, page 71-77).
