If no other functions are booked on the day prior to your wedding/function you are more than welcome to do the decorations the day before at no extra cost. Please note that the venue will be locked at 19:00 pm.

Rio Cibolo Ranch is a turn-key facility which can handle everything for you. We always allow two hours before the ceremony to set up and decorate your reception. If we have nothing involved in the facility prior to your event we will allow you to decorate the night before.
