Refunds, Credits or Transfers?
Please note that participants canceling or transferring a swim lesson registration will be be charged a $10 service fee per session. Due to the limited space in classes, by waiting to transfer out of a class you are taking up a position that may have been filled by another student. Both at specified swim assessment days, as well as during Open Rec swim, swim instructors are available upon request to provide swim assessments to place your child in the correct level and avoid the inconvenience of transferring. After the 1st day of lessons, NO refunds, credits or transfers will be given without a signed doctor’s note stating that your swimmer will not be able to further parcipate in swim lessons.
