Reform Judaism: How could I become a Rabbi?
It’s possible. There are other options as well, like leading services for a group that’s too small to support a full-time rabbi or helping in a larger one. (I know of two situations like that, including a friend on mine who’s a convert and leads the week-day morning service for an Orthodox shul.) You may as well take it one-step at a time. Join a synagogue first. Meet with the rabbi and study towards your conversion. When you reach that point, assess what else you need to do to be ready for rabbinical seminary. In short, you have a lifetime of study to catch up on. Get involved with a community, make a plan and get to the library. Good luck!
