In our litigious society, liability insurance is critical. On the rare occasion that a tree falls on your home and causes damage, you want to be assured that your tree service company has the resources to get the damage repaired. Tree service is a dangerous business. If an arborist gets injured with a chain saw, falling out of a tree, having a large limb falling on him, etc., you want to make certain that your tree service has workers comp. You do not want to be responsible for his medical bills.
