In short, no, this is too few calories for you to be consuming in a day, your BMI is still too low and you are still underweight. You need to gain weight, but also be healthy. Are you really a vegetarian or do you eat veggies just to eat healthy? 95 lbs. is way too skinny. I’m not perfectly healthy myself, weighing 135 lbs. at 13 years old. I am a bit overweight, but it corresponds with my height. Anyways, try adding some elan meat to your diet. Fish or chicken is good enough. Your diet sounds good for someone that is looking to LOSE weight, not for someone that is trying to gain and maintain a healthy weight. Try eating: Breakfast-(your breakfast is fine) Lunch: Turkey sandwich. Whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoes. No cheese.( if you are a vegetarian, try replacing the turkey with cheese) Dinner: Try grilled salmon with a green salad. ^^ That sounds like the perfect diet for someone trying to restore their health.
