recipe for tofu meatballs?
Here’s the recipe! Hope you like them as much as we do. It’s an original from Vegetarian Baby and Child Magazine. Tofu Spaghetti Balls 1 cup firm tofu, mashed 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons dried onion soup mix or 1 tablespoon onion powder and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (if you prefer low salt) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon oregano 2 tablespoons olive oil Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes until browned.
