Reputable eastern States suppliers know certain bulbs are prohibited because either those species are invasive or they may carry diseases which aren’t established in Western Australia. For the latter and if the order is small, it’s impractical and unreasonable for the supplier to pay – and pass on to you – the costs of inspection and certification.
