Recently RecycleFirst changed carriers from FedEx Ground to UPS, what are the basic differnces?
UPS does not require that you phone in a request for pickup as FedEx does. This makes it easier for locations that have daily UPS deliveries as do most businesses locations, schools and offices. You can also drop off the cartons at any location that handles UPS shipping such as the many UPS Packaging Stores. Home pickup is different. UPS does charge a $1.00 for home pickup and up to $10.00 for remote locations.
