Recently I heard that there were some sort of farm safety courses for tractor operation and livestock handling, where can find out more about that training?
A. In the fall of 2007, four new farm safety courses were introduced in Manitoba; Tractor Safety, ATV Safety for Farm Work, Low Stress Livestock Handling and Safe Horse Handling. A group of community volunteers were trained to deliver these programs which each take the better part of a day to go through.
