Received notice of collection agency possibly suing me?

I was getting a notice about a debt that I believed I co-signed for it was old did not appear on my credit report someone from here suggested I go to fixbadcredit.com it is a great site it gives you all kinds of information and sample letters I sent the first letter as it specified and I received a response that they would attempt to get information from the original debtor and if they do not hear from them within thirty days they would stop collection. The letters make the collection agency prove they have the right to collect in your state and that the stature of limitations has not expired. It is a wonderful site and it is all done by mail and they are not allowed to call you or harass you. Try it & good luck.
