Really bad migraine, days after a car accident, is it connected?

0

On the 19th I was in a car accident, but I wasn’t injured, so I declined medical treatment. Yesterday (the 23rd) I had a decent head ache but it wasn’t too bad, so I didn’t think anything of it. Today (24th) my head ache seems to have gotten worse. I’ve had it all day, and a couple hours ago I took two excedrin migraine pills, which is the most that the bottle says to take in 24 hours; and my head is still pounding! I’ve only ever had a migraine two or three other times in my life, and this one’s the worst ever. Could the car accident be connected with my migraine, days later? If my brain is slowly bleeding, will it clot and heal or will i die? As far as the accident, a jetta failed to yield at an intersection and my truck plowed into it at 60 mph. My airbag deployed, and I don’t remember hitting my head on anything. Thanks for any help!
