Our medical staff create criteria that potential faculty must meet to be selected. We use our needs assessment results and other sources to find specialty thought leaders and content experts to be potential lecture chairs and faculty. We prepare our faculty members via a faculty development process that includes review of the CME curriculum and/or speaker-skills workshops.
