There are no official ratings and rankings. There are private rankings available, but not endorsed by the Canadian universities. You should make your choices on the basis of your program, size of the university, admission requirements, geographical location, and facilities and opportunities available. Even if you have some independent rankings, you should not blindly base your choice on them, but rather do enough research in finding the right institution for you.
