Climbing on ladders during rain is a safety hazard. If it begins raining during your appointment or before your appointment we will need to reschedule. If it rains with in 14 days of your window cleaning appointment and you notify us before the end of the 14th day we can offer a free rain touch up (regular customers only). Some restrictions apply. Storm windows or any other window with screens that need removed for touch up are not included in policy.
