Raffle License. Is it necessary to obtain a license to hold a raffle in the City of Park Ridge?
Yes, but only non-profit, fund raising organizations are eligible for a one-time raffle license. Selling tickets for a drawing to be held outside the City does not require a Park Ridge license, but may require a license from another jurisdiction. Raffle license application forms may be obtained at City Hall and must be submitted to the City Clerk at least fifteen days prior to the date of the drawing. The fee is $15.
