Questions regarding our Preferred Shares: How frequently are LaSalle’s preferred distributions paid?
We pay quarterly dividends on our preferred shares and payable in arrears on or about the 15th day of each January, April, July and October. We will pay distributions to holders of record as they appear in our share records at the close of business on the applicable record date, which is the first day of the calendar month in which the applicable distribution payment date falls.
