Questions about Admissions What is the acceptance rate for applicants?
The admission process includes three components; 1) a review of the applicants credentials, 2) the interview and evaluation of the 5-minute presentation, and 3) the writing sample that is produced in response to a professional journal article. On the basis of these three assessment tools, approximately one-half of applicants are accepted into the program based on independent votes cast by members of the Curriculum and Instruction Doctoral Committee.
