Question mark and Not Valid show up under viewlog or log storage path?
Log storage path When the log storage path shows a question mark “?” and Not Valid, it means that the GV-Series software does not have permission to access the specified path. When this happens, please make sure the Windows user account you are using has the write permission to the path. Please kindly check if Windows disk compression is enabled under disk properties window as compressed disk drives is currently not supported. 2. Viewlog When the question mark “?” appears in the event list , it means the video clip you wish to view does not exist in the database. This may be due to recycle feature and the specific clip has been removed from the hard drive. In order to remove the question mark, and rebuild the database, please exit the main system and execute “Repair Database Utility”.
