You could try massaging them for some relief. Warm compresses or cold compresses (whichever feels better to you) could be helpful, too. Wearing a good, supportive bra while you’re active and going without a bra (or wearing a looser bra) while you’re at home or sleeping could also help some. You could also try an herbal supplement (provided you’re not on hormonal birth control, since herbal supplements can interfere with their effectiveness) to help with PMS symptoms. There is one called Vitex that I’ve heard good things about. Evening primrose is another good one. The sudden onset of breast tenderness is probably related to a change in your hormones. During your teenage years, you’ll likely notice a lot of different phases and changes in your cycles and hormones. I know I did when I was about your age.
