Ques 48. What will happen if I don’t return my rented handset to the company and I stop paying to company?
Ans: If the customer or subscriber don’t return the rented phone, it’s accessories or any other property of Vincegrass, he/she has to pay its full amount or has pay charges against a settlement make by Vincegrass described under user agreement and the rental agreement terms. In case of keeping Vincegrass property unauthorized either by the customer, consumer or any body in this world is breaching the rights of Vincegrass and also violation the Law of India. Such person must be entitled for applicable legal sentences under Indian Penal Code.
