Ques 37. Is there any security refund in case of handset return before the subscribed period?
Ans: Vincegrass may charge the customer for the security deposit in such cases depends on the eligibility criteria of the customer or subscriber. Any type of security deposits shall be strictly refundable to the customer. In case of such liability on the customer (if pending) such deposited amount shall be adjusted for assuring no debt and dues on the customer. In case of normal premature reversal of services Vincegrass will charge the customer for Minimum Rental Period. If the customer has used the product longer than the minimum rental period but making reversal before subscription period a surcharge or one month rental shall be payable at the time of cancellation of service or reversal or closing the account with Vincegrass.
