Ans 23: Your RAP card as well as your rented phones and its belongings provided by Vincegrass are property of Vincegrass and will remain property of Vincegrass. In case of lost of RAP Card you have to launch a FIR/NCR within 24 hrs at the desired police station where you have lost the Card. Copy of the FIR/NCR along with the required details of police station must be notified to the Vincegrass within 24 hrs. After reporting to Vincegrass you can apply for a duplicate card and Vincegrass-RAP will issue a new RAP Card for you within 15 working days.
