Bonuses are paid at the discretion of each DoD agency. On successful completion of the Information Assurance Scholarship Program, the agency that offers you a permanent job may also offer you a bonus if it chooses to do so. But, remember that you must serve a period of obligated service with DoD after attainment of your degree and successful completion of the program, whether or not you are offered a bonus of any kind.
