• Answer: Your Username is a 6 character name that you choose, and will be used to identify you when you use yourtexasbenefits.com. It can be made of letters and/or numbers. Your Username is not case sensitive. Your PIN, which you choose, is used along with your Username to access your account. Your PIN must have 4-8 numbers. When creating a PIN, do not use birthdates or any other easily recognized combination of numbers. Do not share your Username or PIN with anyone, including the Customer Service Representatives.
