Q13. What about accuracy of information?

0

A. As a Premium Member any debts you wish to record against a Debtor must be true and fair. You need to consider that the debt you wish to record is accurate. Ultimately you take responsibility for the overdue debt recorded, so it is important to make sure the figures are correct. Just to give a bit of leeway any figures you record are nominally rounded down once presented on the website. It is also very important that you take care to remove the overdue debts recorded as soon as the money is in your account and cleared. If you do not remove the debt this is both inaccurate information, and will certainly not help with your relationship with your Customer/Debtor. Q14. What about malicious intent regarding the input of data against a Debtor that is not true?
