Q. How long does the typical order take to deliver once the order is placed?
A. Delivery periods vary extensively depending on the product ordered, size of the order, availability of stock, manufacturers production schedules and transportation time (including custom clearance, importation etc.) Delivery can take as little as three weeks if the appropriate product is available from local stock (at SCMS RDC or local vendor), to as much as 20+ weeks for specially manufactured equipment or specialized commodities. Your SCMS representative can provide you an estimated delivery date. Lead times for deliveries vary depending on the type of commodity, mode of shipment and clearance per country.
