A. You will need to have your SCAD install Citrix, which acts like PureEdge for Vista. Instructions for your SCAD (for installation) and for you (on how to open an opportunity with Citrix) are available at http://www.princeton.edu/~orpa1/coeus/public_docs/citrix.pdf.
