Tire the puppy out some before starting a training session. Please, talk to your grandparents about spaying. The other dog is too old to be breeding now, and there’s no reason to not neuter him when he is six months old. Yes, you can train a dog at any age.

TERRIERS R BOUNCY, BUT HAVE A LOOK AT ITS FOOD AS WELL TO MANY ADDITIVES IN SOME MAKES THEM MORE HYPER TRAIN WITH PRAISE AND TREATS BE CONSISTANT ONLY FOR MINUITES AT THEY GET BORED GOOD LUCK

Terriers are hyper. You’ll need a lot of patience and hopefully their favorite treat in the world to get them to concentrate. Slow calm consistency is your best friend.

i know its easier to get a dog to sit when they are more tired take them for a walk so they are not bouncing all over the place and then i used cheerios kept telling him to sit and would take the treat over his head and he will put his butt to the ground also a really good book is puppy preschool i learned alot from that book
