PS3 Media Server Setup on windows xp !?

It’s pretty simple, actually. First, you install the media server software on your computer. There are several options for this — I’ve been using one called TVersity and it works pretty well. Next, make sure the PS3 is connected to your local network (as well as your computer, of course). You can either wire it with an ethernet cable from your modem/router, or you can set it up to receive a wireless signal. When you check the “video” menu on the PS3, you can scan for media servers and it should be able to detect the one running on your computer. You may need to play with the setting on the software to get the best possible signal without interruptions. Good luck!
