In the beginning… Quite some time ago, Property Stampede’s founders were discussing a problem that they identified with the real estate industry. They found that there are many options to choose from to advertise vacancies or real property for sale, but nearly all of them are expensive or too time consuming to utilize leaving a void in the online marketplace for unique rentals. The two founders discussed the topic for quite some time until finally in late 2007, an idea struck them. If they were able to build a simple web based real estate management system, they could easily create marketing components that would eliminate the hurdles that plague real estate managers everywhere.
