Place the TM next to your logo, this will stake your claim to it while you go through the legal process of getting it Trademarked. The use of the TM is quite strong legally. Once it is trademarked, then and only then can you use the little circle with the R in the middle. I had my logo done from an Attorney for $600. You can see it at the top left corner of my website. You can probably get it done cheaper online.
