A – No, a child cannot enter the Performance Racing program right away. All 13-year-olds who are interested in racing should register in the Racing Teens program. They will be able to, if they wish, attend all the practices and races with the Performance Racers. Essentially, they have the ability to do the Peformance Racing program for one year at a lesser cost.
