Professional Buyers – Will there be some sort service level agreement or set expectations on how long it will take a professional buyer to come back when a request is made?
A. We won’t be using formal SLAs. If we were, they would have to run from the date of receipt of requisition by the buyer and not date raised; this is because a delay could take place at the approving manager stage. It may be that Category Managers decide to adopt some informal target. We would also expect buyers to inform requisitioners should there be a delay in completion.
