In addition to Equilite’s Bleeders Blend, try Equilite’s Garli+C for overall immune and general health, and Equilite’s Equinacea for any allergy type symptoms. Equilite’s GinZing is wonderful to help enhance energy and provide for better conditioning. However it should not be used during the actual competition. We suggest going off the GinZing 3-5 days prior to actual competition.
