Export or re-export restrictions may apply or there may be issues with respect to E-Disk® products that are used in military reconnaissance systems and other similar applications. These will vary depending on who the end user will be and on its final destination after it is shipped from BiTMICROs manufacturing facility. If a product is to be exported to a country that re-exports it to another country, the primary burden lies on the principal country/company exporting the goods out of the U.S. It is for this reason that BiTMICRO provides an export declaration statement for its resellers use (since they are the direct customers) that requires them to provide a similar document to be completed by their end user, for any E-Disk® or BiTMICRO product that they intend to re-export to another country.
