Problems with paying for personalised cards and personalised gifts?
If you have problems buying your cards or gifts, check all your card details and try again. If you still have problems please call us on 0845 900 2873. If you get a message ‘Card not authorised’ this doesn’t always mean you have insufficient funds to cover the products you are trying to purchase.
