Problems with google checkout, how to cancel an order??
I have had the craziest time with google checkout. A customer purchased something on Friday. I did not get any notification from google about the transaction (and I have with past sales). In addition, I cannot access my google account, as they are telling me I have the incorrect password (which I definitely do not). I have tried numerous times to get my password re-set with google, however they have not responded to any of my requests. So, now I am stuck, sort of. I have offered the customer to pay by check and I also lowered the price of the item for their trouble. But, I still need to cancel the google transaction. Is there any way to do this, either through ecrater, or google? The customer cannot cancel the transaction from their end. I ask because the customer is concerned that if they pay by check, that the transaction will somehow go through and they would be paying twice, however I have reassured them it will not go through, since I would need to not only have google access, but
