There are several possible reasons for this. 1. First try clearing the History and Cookie files from your web browser. These files can cause information to be falsely displayed. To do so, follow these steps: In Internet Explorer Go to Tools In the drop down menu, click on Internet Options Click on Temporary Internet Files and first Delete Cookies. Then once that is done, click Delete Files This will clear all History files. Once you have cleared this information, close and reopen your browser. 2. The second reason you may be having problems is if you a firewall enabled. Firewalls can prevent this kind of information from being viewed or transmitted.
