There are only 3 things that can prevent you from logging in to our members area. 1) Make sure that you do not have a typing error. The password displays as *’s and can be a source of typing errors as you cannot see what you are entering. The logins and passwords are NOT case sensitive, so you need not worry about that. 2) Make sure that you are entering the login and password the correct way around. This is the most common error that we see our members making. They enter their password as their login .. and their login as their password. 3) We use a session cookie to keep your logged in session “alive” for longer than the browsers default of 10 minutes. So please make sure that your PC can accept cookies.
