The turbo works at low boost but the fuel / air mixture get so messed up at or above .5 the car almost stalls out or barely runs. It’s not a leak in any of the intake tubing it’s been checked twice. A: This doesn’t sound like a turbo problem (if there are no leaks), but a fuel delivery problem.
