Depending on what you were charged with depends on how much time they will add to your sentence. Once you violate probation they can add more time to your sentence as well as give you jail time. If this was your first violation and the first time you were put on probation they may be a little more lenient with you but there is no guarantee. If they offer you the rehab, it would probably be in your best interest to take it. It sounds a lot better than being put away for a couple years. Best of Luck.
