• For ordered movements with Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD), a UDL must be submitted Thirty (35) days prior to the designated Ready to Load Date (RLD). • For Unit Movements within CONUS where equipment will be moved by convoy or transported by commercial line haul assets, a UDL must be completed Thirty (30) days prior to the movement date. • For any movement where equipment will be transported by rail, both UDL and rail load plans must be submitted Forty-five (45) days prior to the movement date. Note: The Fort Bragg Rail Load Coordinator must submit a solicitation for rail movement 45 days prior to the movement date.
