Excel will split worksheets within a workbook if the resolutions are different. Check the resolution setting in each worksheet of your workbook. Workaround: Print to file and convert the resulting PostScript using Jaws ToPDF. To make all the dpi the same per sheet, go to the first worksheet, select File > Page Setup and set the ‘Print Quality’ on the ‘Page’ tab of the window to, say, 600 dpi. Go through the others checking this setting.
