Ans.: 1. Check whether the ISM dongle and the printer cables are connected properly. 2. Check the printer driver installed. Install the correct driver if necessary. 3. Check if the printer is configured to the right port and connected properly. 4. In case the problems persist print a normal English text. To check this remove the ISM dongle and print a normal English text from your application. If it doesn’t print, the problem is with the machine configuration. If it prints, install ISM again and try again.
